Senior Technical Data Governance Program Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Serve as the primary point of contact for overseeing the execution of contracts and ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.

• Facilitate contract coordination, accountability for performance, and engagement with strategic stakeholders.

• Operate with full authority on behalf of the Contractor regarding all contract-related matters in daily operations.

• Act as the senior technical authority for all development, architecture, integration, and modernization initiatives.

• Establish the technical strategy, architectural vision, engineering standards, and modernization roadmap for the program.

• Guarantee technical compliance with enterprise, security, and regulatory standards.

• Oversee the strategy for internal and external communications, reporting, and coordination.

• Accountable for the overall performance of the call order, including formulating work standards, assigning schedules and resources to the Contractor, reviewing performance metrics, cost, and budget information; supervising Contractor personnel; and conveying the organization's policies, purposes, and goals to subordinates.

• Achieve desired outcomes by setting and implementing objectives while allocating necessary resources.

• Manage development, operations, and implementation tasks utilizing Agile Project Management methodologies.

• Create and uphold a roadmap that aligns tasks with the organizational strategy, vision, and business outcomes for the CMM initiative.

• Lead project meetings, document summaries, capture critical decisions, and track action items.

• Develop and maintain an Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) that includes milestones, dependencies, and other relevant details.

• Provide biweekly Agile reports, including sprint reports, backlog reporting, sprint burndown charts, sprint retrospective reports, risk registry, etc.

• Create and update the Risks, Assumptions, Issues, and Dependencies (RAID) log, along with other project management-related documents.

• Conduct risk identification and mitigation activities.

• Identify and communicate technical, operational, and business risks and develop strategies for mitigation.

• Ensure transparent reporting with regular updates to stakeholders regarding progress, risks, financials, and outcomes.

• Deliver analysis and research on alternatives, solutions, and design options regarding the Case Management Modernization effort to the COR and government leads as requested.


⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in IT Management, emphasizing technology solutions delivery, data governance strategy, standards development, implementation, operational support, and change management services to facilitate modernization efforts.

• The Task Lead must hold a bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.

• The Program Manager must possess a Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification.

• Proven expertise in managing teams focused on big data cloud solution architecture, cybersecurity, data management, business intelligence, and analytics.

• Exceptional customer-facing skills with a track record of briefing senior executive leadership.
