
Senior Technical Cloud Customer Success Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• You possess excellent communication skills, are skilled in coordinating stakeholder alignment, and thrive in an independent, structured, and proactive work environment.
• Technical advisory: You assist customers in planning, successfully adopting, and utilizing cloud environments.
• Customer-facing troubleshooting & analysis: You document technical issues, prioritize them, analyze root causes, and devise solutions.
• Enablement & knowledge transfer: You organize and lead workshops, training sessions, and in-depth technical discussions.
• Demos & example environments: You produce reproducible reference setups.
• Collaboration with partners: You conduct regular sync meetings, participate in customer discussions, and coordinate requirements and technical matters.
• Proactive topic proposals & community/content: You actively propose topics and create related content.
• Feedback into Product & Engineering: You gather customer insights, identify patterns and trends, and report them back to the team in a systematic manner.
• Monitoring market and technology trends: You identify relevant developments and determine appropriate subsequent actions.
• You have substantial hands-on experience with cloud and cloud-native technologies, particularly with Open Telekom Cloud or OpenStack.
• You possess a strong understanding of system design and architecture.
• You have a solid grasp of Kubernetes and its common components/patterns.
• You are experienced with Infrastructure as Code (e.g., Terraform) and deployment tools (e.g., Helm).
• Familiarity with GitOps (Argo CD / Flux) is an advantage.
• You can articulate complex technical subjects in a clear and structured manner.
• You have excellent German and English language skills (minimum C1 level).
