This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Jersey, +1 more state.
• Propel U.S. expansion by uncovering new utility and industrial automation prospects, crafting market penetration strategies, and ensuring product homologation with key utilities.
• Serve as a subject matter expert in grid automation, leading pre-sales technical initiatives and assisting in solution design across various architectures, protection systems, and integration workflows.
• Participate in vPAC and IEEE working groups, representing the company to influence the development of emerging grid automation standards and interoperability frameworks.
• Establish strategic partnerships, represent the company at industry forums, and convey field insights to enhance offerings such as SSC600, SMU600, and CogniEN.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Power Systems, or a related discipline.
• Over 10 years of experience in technical business development, ideally in grid automation or power systems.
• Comprehensive understanding of U.S. utility market dynamics, standards (such as IEEE, IEC 61850), and digital substation architectures.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Experience with SaaS or subscription-based business models within the energy sector.
• Knowledge of DERMS, DLR, and network state estimation technologies.
• Willingness to travel up to 30% of the time, both domestically and internationally, may be necessary.
