This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Enhance backend microservices by identifying and resolving key issues for analyst operations.
• Create and implement automation frameworks that minimize repetitive tasks for analysts and scale security operations.
• Innovate with Large Language Models to establish and improve AI-driven automation functions within the Falcon Complete team.
• Develop and maintain data pipelines, participate in data management, and assist in the training and deployment of custom LLMs.
• Construct AI-driven automation services utilizing LLMs, prompt engineering, and AI context engineering strategies.
• Set up CI/CD pipelines and GitOps workflows for automated deployment across CrowdStrike's Kubernetes ecosystem.
• Collaborate with SOC analysts and engineering teams to pinpoint high-impact automation prospects and create solutions.
• Maintain exceptional coding standards by following best practices, rigorous testing, and comprehensive logging and metrics.
• Engage in a collaborative and agile team atmosphere.
• Mentor fellow engineers across various technologies while also learning from them.
• Continuously seek improvements in product architecture, knowledge models, user experience, performance, and reliability.
• Take full ownership of your work, from development to monitoring, ensuring autonomy throughout.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or relevant professional experience in data structures, algorithms, or distributed systems.
• Proficiency with Language Models, Data Science, and Data Engineering.
• Background in big data and microservices.
• Understanding of scalability and distributed systems, including sharding, partitioning, and concurrency.
• Experience in building and deploying services capable of managing production traffic at scale.
• Practical experience with Kubernetes (deployments, Helm, ingress, horizontal pod autoscaling).
• Hands-on experience with AWS services (VPC, IAM, load balancers, Lambda, and related services).
• Strong knowledge of databases (both relational and NoSQL) and messaging queue systems.
• Commitment to engineering best practices, including testing, code reviews, observability, and resilient architecture.
• Ability to excel in a test-driven, collaborative, and iterative programming environment.
