This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Design and enhance modular automation frameworks.
• Automate testing processes across APIs and backend systems.
• Integrate automation pipelines within CI/CD workflows.
• Lead the development of test strategies.
• Ensure the stability of testing procedures.
• Manage release documentation.
• Guide junior engineers on best practices in automation.
• Over 7 years of comprehensive experience in Quality Assurance.
• Strong programming foundation with proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript, including core concepts, design patterns, data structures, and debugging techniques.
• At least 1-2 years of practical experience working with Playwright using TypeScript/JavaScript.
• Demonstrated ability to write well-structured, production-quality automation code.
• Experience in designing, building, and optimizing scalable automation frameworks.
• Practical experience in API testing utilizing Playwright, Axios, or similar libraries.
• Expertise in backend validation with SQL/PostgreSQL/MySQL.
• Experience in integrating automation pipelines with CI/CD tools such as GitHub Actions, Jenkins, or CircleCI.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and capacity to take ownership in dynamic product environments.
• Proven track record of maintaining test stability, debugging failures, and driving continuous improvements.
• Capability to lead discussions on test strategy and actively contribute in Agile ceremonies.
• Ownership of test plans, strategies, and release documentation.
• Experience in mentoring junior team members on coding, automation, and testing best practices.
• In-depth understanding of QA methodologies, Agile principles, and the software testing lifecycle.
• Nice to have: experience with cloud environments (AWS preferred).
• Nice to have: familiarity with Docker/Kubernetes and microservices.
