Senior Technical Business Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland, +2 more states.

📋 Description

• Utilize technical artifacts to document business requirements (such as process flows, entity diagrams, etc.)

• Take ownership of Epics and User Stories throughout the entire delivery lifecycle

• Ensure alignment of solutions, designs, and specifications with Product Managers and UI/UX designers

• Evaluate and compare various solutions to meet business requirements

• Collaborate with engineers and QAs to define solutions, requirements, and testing scenarios

• Gather non-functional requirements (e.g., scalability, performance, security)

• Validate assumptions through data analysis with stakeholders and technical teams

• Convert complex business needs into technical specifications and solutions

• Specify and document integration solutions to guarantee system interoperability

• Analyze intricate datasets to derive insights and facilitate data-driven decisions

• Contribute to testing strategies for both automation and non-functional requirements

• Employ SQL for basic reporting (including aggregations, calculations, and summaries)

• Prepare Release Notes and follow up on post-release activities, including handover to the Service Desk

• Assist Sales and Product teams with RFPs, demonstrations, and POCs

• Aid in investigating production issues and provide support to the Service Desk (3rd-level support)

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent experience

• Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to quality and accuracy

• Knowledge and proficiency in modeling notations, such as UML, DFD, ERD, and system architecture diagrams

• Experience in requirements engineering and business process modeling

• Familiarity with Agile software development methodology

• Ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment and manage multiple priorities.
