Senior Technical Architect – PubSec SLED/NGO

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Maryland, +3 more states.

📋 Description

• Act as a reliable advisor to the client.

• Recognize and spearhead vital internal initiatives to enhance the consulting practice, actively contributing to the community's overall knowledge and expertise.

• Assist clients and colleagues in evaluating and implementing emerging technologies that enhance business value.

• Collaborate effectively, demonstrating exceptional communication skills, particularly in conveying complex ideas and employing creative, prescriptive thinking.

• Identify and proactively address risk areas, committing to fully resolving any issues that arise.

• Manage client expectations and negotiate solutions for complex challenges with both customers and third-party partners.

• Review and adjust project/program direction, methodologies, and key deliverables to ensure programs remain on course while guaranteeing that solutions are scalable and maintainable for the future.

• Collaborate closely with Delivery Managers, Solution Architects, and directly with clients to design technology solutions tailored to client requirements.

• Contribute to a program vision while advising on and articulating strategies for programs/projects involving enabling technologies, including the Salesforce Platform.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 8 years of experience in enterprise architecture or consulting on the Salesforce Platform (Core Sales/Services) within the Public Sector.

• Strong skills in application design, complemented by proficiency in data, integration, and security architecture.

• Excellent presentation abilities, capable of effectively articulating and defending viewpoints to diverse audiences.

• Detail-oriented individual with a quick learning capability for new concepts, business models, and technologies.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills, adept at producing materials suitable for various audiences.

• A keen listener with the ability to connect with individuals across varied roles.

• Proven track record in analyzing, designing, and optimizing business processes through technology and integration.
