Senior Technical Architect

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alabama, +30 more states.

📋 Description

• Design and manage backend service ecosystems utilizing .NET (C#/.NET Core) and Python.

• Establish front-end architecture patterns and oversee the implementation of scalable React applications. Lead 3D visualization and user interface architecture using Three.js for interactive, data-driven interfaces.

• Direct database architecture for SQL Server, focusing on schema design, indexing strategies, and performance optimization.

• Create caching, messaging, and high-speed data layers employing Redis or comparable in-memory systems.

• Develop and govern RAG architectures, vector search integrations, and retrieval-optimized AI solutions.

• Establish patterns and frameworks for Agentic AI workflows (LangChain, AutoGen, DSPy, etc.).

• Implement Secure SDLC, architecture governance, code quality, and CI/CD standards.

• Conduct architecture evaluations, perform threat modeling, and ensure adherence to best practices.

• Facilitate the resolution of intricate production, system, and performance issues across distributed systems.

• Propel cloud-native architecture on AWS, including containerization, Kubernetes, networking, and security.

• Collaborate with product, security, and engineering leadership to align architecture with business objectives.

⛳️ Requirements

• Significant architecture and engineering experience with .NET (C#/.NET Core).

• Strong architectural insight into React applications (state management, performance, security).

• Extensive experience in designing distributed systems, microservices, and event-driven architectures.

• Solid SQL Server expertise: schema design, query optimization, indexing, and performance tuning.

• Proficiency with Redis or similar high-performance in-memory data systems.

• Practical architectural experience with RAG frameworks, vector databases, and retrieval pipelines.

• Familiarity with agent-driven AI architectures based on LangChain, AutoGen, DSPy, or similar technologies.

• Strong knowledge of AWS, Docker, Kubernetes, Linux, and cloud-native deployment strategies.

• Capability to diagnose complex system issues across various layers of a distributed environment.

• Strong foundation in Secure SDLC, secure architecture principles, and platform hardening.

• Bachelor’s or advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
