This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Wisconsin.
• Provide ongoing support for medium to high-complexity maintenance, Run-the-Business assistance, and incident service requests within the designated global infrastructure area.
• Deliver solutions for medium to high-complexity Run-the-Business and project initiatives.
• Act as a project resource for application and infrastructure projects, showcasing functional capabilities.
• Collect requirements, formulate recommendations, and implement solutions to satisfy project needs.
• Offer subject matter expertise through detailed knowledge articles, fostering relationships with IT personnel, mentoring, and job shadowing.
• Identify gaps and needs within the infrastructure and spearhead service-delivery enhancement initiatives.
• Work autonomously, tackle complex issues, and address requests with minimal oversight.
• Be available to cover night, weekend, and holiday shifts as necessary for business operations.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• A minimum of five (5) years of experience in Information Technology or a similar domain.
• Willingness to work night, weekend, and holiday shifts when necessary.
• Proficient in web-based applications, including Microsoft Office Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint.
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively within a team environment.
• Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, time management, and prioritization abilities.
• Capability to multitask, meet deadlines, and thrive in a fast-paced environment with evolving requirements.
• Some familiarity with operating systems such as Windows, RHEL, or other Linux distributions is needed.
• Relevant industry certifications are highly desirable.
• IT experience in the manufacturing sector is preferred.
• Experience with Oracle, SQL, server, network, voice network, storage, application platform, middleware, virtualization, database, operating system, and identity/access management pertinent to the assigned infrastructure domain.
