This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Identify, prioritize, and source top-tier commercial security applications, focusing on AI/Agentic innovation, to support both current and future use cases at SimSpace, including: EDR/XDR, SIEM, SOAR, and security data platforms, as well as identity and access management, cloud, network, application, and data security, attack simulation, and penetration testing.
• Assess technologies based on the richness of telemetry, API accessibility, realism, and their relevance to SOC, MDR, and security product development processes.
• Maintain a curated security technology roadmap that aligns with SimSpace's product strategy and customer needs.
• Structure and negotiate production, lab, and development multi-tenant licenses that enable SimSpace to implement partner technologies within the cyber range.
• Educate technology partners on the application of their products in simulated environments.
• Serve as the primary liaison for partner onboarding, documentation alignment, and technical coordination.
• Collaborate with SimSpace Product Management to support joint product development and integration projects.
• Validate the capabilities of partner technologies against the requirements of the SimSpace roadmap.
• Provide constructive feedback to partners based on customer simulations and real-world attack scenarios.
• Assist in executive-level partner discussions by articulating clear value propositions and use-case narratives.
• 5–8+ years of experience in technical partnerships, alliances, product management, or business development within the cybersecurity or enterprise software sectors.
• Strong grasp of modern security architectures, SOC workflows, and security data pipelines, along with an understanding of how AI is reshaping these areas.
• Experience collaborating with security vendors, MDRs, or hyperscaler security ecosystems.
• Comfort engaging with product managers, engineers, and security architects on technical subjects.
• Proven track record in structuring and managing technology licensing or evaluation agreements.
• Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts into partner value.
• Preferred background in SOC, threat detection, incident response, or security product development.
• Experience in supporting agentic security, AI-driven tools, or automation platforms.
• Previous involvement in MDRs, Cyber Simulation, and SOC-focused platforms.
• Familiarity with sell-with / ecosystem-driven go-to-market models.
• Base salary range: $125,000 - $175,000 reflecting our confidence in your expertise and impact, with the opportunity for an incentive bonus tied to company performance and individual contributions.
