Senior Technical Account Manager, Security

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Massachusetts.

📋 Description

• Managing the technical relationship with clients from the onboarding stage through to renewal.

• Conducting technical presentations and demonstrations for both customers and partners.

• Effectively conveying concepts to various audiences, including executive-level decision-makers, while coordinating with technical teams across all sectors.

• Adjusting to intricate and evolving business landscapes to provide valuable solutions to enterprise clients.

• Keeping customers informed about requested features, bug fixes, and product roadmaps.

• Gaining a deep understanding of customer environments, requirements, and milestones to enhance value delivery.

⛳️ Requirements

• Possess 5 years of experience with a proven record in the security sector working with large enterprise clients.

• Have in-depth security knowledge to comprehend common API security vulnerabilities and attacks.

• Understand Application Security Principles and their application within the app development lifecycle.

• Exhibit extensive knowledge and experience with a broad range of cloud and cybersecurity solutions.

• Demonstrate exceptional written English skills along with effective verbal communication, listening, and presentation abilities.
