This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Focus on managing technical accounts for Rentokil's premier customer portfolio.
• Serve as a liaison between clients and local Rentokil branches, delivering technical support and solutions.
• Actively monitor service performance in relation to KPIs.
• Collaborate with operational leaders and National Accounts to resolve issues and ensure performance standards are achieved.
• Initiate technical enhancements to protocols and service delivery processes aimed at boosting customer retention.
• Provide necessary data (trackers) to assigned customers on a national level.
• Mitigate risk and infestation concerns for clients and all accounts managed by the Technical Account Manager.
• Participate in customer review meetings, generating and presenting management information.
• Conduct monthly quality assurance quotas and support audit excellence.
• Coordinate with Technical Service Managers (TSMs) and operations teams to ensure awareness of conditions.
• Assist sales in promoting innovative solutions to premium retail clients.
• Travel up to 60% to various field and customer locations.
• A bachelor's degree in biological science, entomology, or a related field is preferred, though not mandatory.
• Associate Certified Entomologist (A.C.E) or Board Certified Entomologist (B.C.E) credentials are preferred (or the ability to obtain one within 6 months of starting the role).
• A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in structural pest management is necessary.
• Strong skills in project management.
• Excellent change management abilities.
• Proficient in building relationships both internally and externally.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills, including the capacity to deliver formal presentations.
