This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona.
• Take charge of managing Technical Services projects from initiation to completion.
• Develop project execution strategies in accordance with approved Statements of Work.
• Coordinate tasks, sequencing, dependencies, and delivery activities effectively.
• Serve as the main point of contact for addressing project issues, risks, and obstacles.
• Implement corrective measures when projects deviate from scope, timeline, or expectations.
• Review and authorize Statements of Work (SOWs) before project commencement.
• Ensure clarity in scope, feasibility of delivery, and alignment with team capabilities.
• Collaborate with Technical Services Executives to refine scope prior to commitment when necessary.
• Safeguard delivery teams by ensuring that only executable, clearly defined scopes proceed.
• Allocate Technical Specialists to projects based on their skills, availability, and delivery requirements.
• Act as the direct performance leader for Technical Specialists.
• Hold regular one-on-one meetings focused on performance, growth, adaptability, and expectations.
• Confirm that delivery work adheres to established quality and technical standards.
• Proven experience in managing technical or professional services projects.
• Demonstrated track record in leading teams and overseeing performance.
• Ability to engage in tough performance discussions and make decisive decisions.
• Strong skills in diagnosing and resolving complex delivery challenges.
• Experience with resource planning, utilization management, and team coordination.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and decision-making abilities.
• Background in the AEC industry or related technology-driven sectors.
• Familiarity with Autodesk solutions such as Revit, ACC, BIM 360, or AutoCAD.
