This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
• Lead end-to-end recruitment processes for technology and product positions (software engineering, data, product, cloud, among others);
• Align candidate profiles with technical leadership, translating business needs into effective recruitment strategies;
• Develop and implement innovative talent attraction strategies using various channels, tools, and approaches;
• Manage high-volume candidate pipelines, ensuring agility, organization, and an exceptional experience;
• Conduct technical and behavioral interviews with a consultative approach, assessing technical fit, cultural alignment, and development potential;
• Collaborate closely with leadership, supporting decision-making with data, market insights, and strategic recommendations;
• Monitor recruitment metrics and indicators, proposing continuous improvements to processes;
• Test, implement, and disseminate new tools, technologies, and automations that enhance recruitment efficiency;
• Serve as a reference within the team, sharing best practices, trends, and innovative methods for recruiting tech talent.
• Solid experience in technology recruitment (Tech Recruiting), working with various levels of seniority, including leadership;
• Background in positions related to software engineering, product, data, infrastructure, or cloud;
• Experience managing a high volume of positions and multiple simultaneous processes;
• Mastery of structured interview techniques and behavioral assessment;
• Knowledge and experience with recruitment tools, especially LinkedIn Recruiter and ATS;
• Analytical skills to work with metrics and process optimization;
• Bachelor's degree.
