Senior Tech Product Manager – AI/ML

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.

📋 Description

• Develop the vision, strategy, and roadmap for AI/ML product functionalities (JobHunt Engine).

• Assume complete responsibility for the product lifecycle, from hypothesis formulation to achieving scaled impact.

• Collaborate closely with ML engineers and data scientists to establish data requirements.

• Design and implement swift, pragmatic validation cycles.

• Work in partnership with Engineering, Data Science, and business teams.

• Set baseline metrics for job supply coverage within the U.S. market.

• Enhance job vacancy coverage in the U.S. market, reaching up to 80% coverage of NASDAQ-100 companies.

• Further boost U.S. job vacancy coverage, achieving a 50% increase in the coverage of NASDAQ-100 companies compared to the baseline established over the past 6 months.

⛳️ Requirements

• Deep understanding of ML/LLM principles (NLP, recommendation systems, etc.).

• Practical experience in developing and scaling AI-driven features (matching, ranking, personalization).

• Familiarity with contemporary AI/ML concepts: evaluation frameworks, RAG, agents, model monitoring.

• Capability to define data pipelines, metrics, and workflows in collaboration with ML engineering teams.

• Over 5 years of experience in a Product Manager position, ideally in a data-centric or ML-focused domain (experience in HRTech is highly advantageous).

• Demonstrated ability to formulate and rigorously test product/ML hypotheses utilizing statistical methods (A/B testing, significance, confidence intervals).

• Proficiency in reasoning about probability, causality, and data limitations to make well-informed decisions.

• Entrepreneurial and hands-on mentality: "Let's build it" attitude.

• Outcome-oriented: Takes ownership of business results, not just the AI model.

• Thrives in ambiguity: Capable of navigating uncertainty, conflicting model outcomes, and noisy data.

• Fluent in English and Russian, with excellent communication skills for engaging with both technical (Engineers, Data Scientists) and non-technical stakeholders.
