Senior Tech Product Manager – AI/ML

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Lithuania.

📋 Description

• Establish the vision, strategy, and roadmap for AI/ML product features (JobHunt Engine).

• Assume complete responsibility for the product lifecycle, from hypothesis formulation to achieving scaled impact, with an emphasis on business outcomes rather than solely model performance.

• Convert business challenges into ML hypotheses and viable solutions.

• Work in close collaboration with Engineering, Data Science, and business teams.

• Design and implement swift, practical validation cycles.

⛳️ Requirements

• Strong grasp of ML/LLM fundamentals (NLP, recommendation systems, etc.).

• Practical experience in developing and scaling AI-driven features (matching, ranking, personalization).

• Familiarity with contemporary AI/ML concepts: evaluation frameworks, RAG, agents, and model monitoring.

• Capability to define data pipelines, metrics, and workflows in collaboration with ML engineering teams.

• Over 5 years of experience as a Product Manager, ideally in a data-rich or ML-focused domain (experience in HRTech is a distinct advantage).

• Demonstrated skill in formulating and rigorously testing product/ML hypotheses using statistical techniques (A/B testing, significance, confidence intervals).

• Ability to reason about probability, causality, and data limitations to make educated decisions.

• Entrepreneurial and hands-on: possesses a "Let's build it" mindset. Capable of creating quick prototypes and testing concepts without excessive engineering. Comfortable with "building with sticks and glue" to accelerate learning.

• Outcome-oriented: takes ownership of business results, not just the AI model. Pragmatic and willing to simplify or eliminate features that do not drive impact.

• Thrives in uncertainty: adept at navigating contradictory model results and noisy data. A structured thinker who brings clarity to complex situations.

• Fluent in English and Russian, with excellent communication skills for engaging with both technical (Engineers, Data Scientists) and non-technical stakeholders.
