This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +5 more states.
• Managing the daily operations and development of clients and their teams
• Upholding a high standard of professionalism and urgency to consistently meet client and participant expectations
• Acting as a subject matter expert on the client's plans and administrative processes
• Overseeing client business processes and pinpointing areas for ongoing enhancement
• Bachelor's degree
• 3-5 years of experience in defined benefit administration
• Strong skills in MS Excel and Word
• Proficiency in MS Access and MS Project is highly preferred
• Experience with pension-related calculations is required
• Prior experience in developing business processes for project implementation
• Ability to maintain a consistent schedule from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM CST
