This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Wisconsin.
• Prepares and evaluates federal, state, and local tax returns for all corporate and partnership entities of Brookdale.
• Manages appeals, sales tax returns, and various corporate filings.
• Conducts and reviews the analysis of tax adjustments and general ledger allocations.
• Assists in the quarterly and annual tax provision for the consolidated group as well as for stand-alone reporting.
• Serves as the primary contact for CorpTax software to prepare and electronically submit tax returns.
• Bachelor's degree (B.A.) from a four-year college or university; or three to five years of relevant experience and/or training; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• CPA or MST is an advantage.
• Proficient in Excel and Word.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Knowledge of Corptax Tax Software is a plus.
