This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.
• You will serve as the dedicated sourcer for the team, focusing on the initial stages of talent acquisition for all searches requiring outbound talent.
• Your primary responsibility is to identify, engage, and provide qualified candidates to the recruiters overseeing each position.
• You will collaborate closely with the Director of Talent Acquisition and two Senior Recruiters.
• Your sourcing efforts will be directed towards US-based positions (Growth, Product, Design, Executive) as well as LATAM-based engineering roles.
• Each role presents unique challenges — one week you could be mapping Directors of Product, and the next, sourcing Staff Engineers in Brazil.
• Conduct outbound sourcing for all active roles: Build candidate pipelines utilizing LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, Talent Insights, and any other effective channels.
• For every role, outline the sourcing strategy — targeting specific companies, titles, geographies, keywords, and outreach messaging. Adjust your approach based on what proves effective.
• Craft and dispatch outreach communications that elicit responses. Manage multi-touch sequences, monitor response rates, and refine messaging accordingly.
• Take ownership of your metrics — outreach volume, response rates, qualified candidates delivered, and source-to-screen conversion. Provide weekly reports.
• Participate in kickoff meetings with hiring managers to gain direct insights into the role. Your sourcing will be more effective when you understand the position firsthand, rather than through indirect communication.
• Minimum of 5 years of sourcing or recruiting experience, with at least 3 years focused on sourcing roles within the US market.
• Proficient in using LinkedIn Recruiter (specifically the Recruiter product, not just LinkedIn).
• Proven experience in sourcing for senior-level positions (Director, VP, Staff/Principal Engineer, or equivalent).
• Experience sourcing across various functions (not limited to a single vertical).
• Excellent written English skills — the quality of outreach is a key component of this role.
• Must be comfortable working during US business hours, with a minimum daily overlap of 4-5 hours in Central Time.

• Familiarity with Workable ATS.
• Experience sourcing engineering talent from LATAM.
• Knowledge of AI sourcing tools (SeekOut, hireEZ, or similar).
• Background in a marketplace, technology startup, or high-growth setting.
• Competitive base salary: PHP 95K - 130K, depending on experience (full-time contractual).
