Senior Talent Partnerships Account Coordinator

📋 Description

• Develop and enhance Later’s perspective on creator talent across various categories, platforms, and cultural trends.

• Identify emerging and impactful creators that align with client objectives and brand positioning.

• Monitor shifts in the industry, pricing trends, platform dynamics, monetization models, and compliance regulations.

• Source and secure creator talent for campaigns.

• Serve as a creator procurement specialist within account pods.

• Build and sustain relationships with creators, agents, and managers.

• Lead sourcing, negotiations, and contracting across different talent tiers.

• Enhance workflows and processes for scalable talent sourcing and trend identification.

• Organize regular meetings with talent representatives.

• Collaborate with Services, Product, Strategy, Research, Creator, and Client Services teams.

• Provide informed talent recommendations during client discussions.

• Advise internal teams on best practices related to creator talent.

• Strengthen Later’s standing within the talent ecosystem.

• Benchmark industry best practices and experiment with systems, processes, and partnership models.

• Drive campaign success, client retention, and revenue growth through impactful talent partnerships.


⛳️ Requirements

• 2-3 years of experience in influencer marketing, creator partnerships, or talent management, with a demonstrated ability to build and scale impactful creator programs; agency experience preferred.

• Proven success in sourcing, negotiating, and managing influencer relationships across all levels of influencers and partnership models.

• Experience in casting talent for brands within highly regulated industries.

• Strong network of relationships with creators, agents, and managers across key verticals and platforms.

• Excellent strategic and analytical skills, with experience managing scalable systems that enhance efficiency and outcomes.

• In-depth understanding of social platforms, creator economics, and cultural trends.

• Experience in implementing AI and workflows to boost operational efficiencies.

• Exceptional negotiation and relationship management abilities.

• Experience in cross-functional collaboration with various department teams.

• Strong understanding of FTC guidelines, brand safety standards, and compliance requirements.

• Familiarity with influencer marketing platforms, CRM systems, and campaign analytics tools.

• Entrepreneurial mindset, operational excellence, solutions-oriented approach, and capability to scale complex systems in a fast-paced environment.

• Strong communication skills, sound judgment, attention to detail, and experience representing an organization externally.
