This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Europe.
• Take charge of the complete hiring process for both technical positions (engineering, product design) and commercial roles (AEs, BDRs, CX) concurrently.
• Develop and consistently cultivate talent pipelines.
• Manage your pipeline with the rigor of a sales funnel.
• Collaborate directly with founders and hiring managers; be present in discussions, shape the recruitment brief, and provide constructive feedback when necessary.
• Actively source candidates — extend your search beyond job boards to identify individuals who may not be seeking new opportunities.
• Streamline and automate your personal processes.
• Continuously monitor your own key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Facilitate a structured and efficient interview process that values the candidates' time.
• Represent Secfix as an attractive employer brand at every interaction.
• Engage in employer branding and talent marketing initiatives to support team expansion.
• Over 6 years of recruiting experience, with practical expertise in hiring within the European market.
• A proven history of recruitment for Seed or Series A startups.
• Demonstrated success in hiring for highly technical roles.
• Proficient in recruiting for both technical and commercial sectors.
• Experience in SaaS or AI startup environments.
• A mindset that approaches talent sourcing akin to managing a sales pipeline.
• Strong sense of ownership.
• Persistent and resilient in the pursuit of goals.
• Data-driven decision-making skills.
• Nice to have: Previous agency recruiting experience with a solid billing record, familiarity with GTM hiring, prior participation in developing recruiting processes or people operations, and exposure to employer branding, sourcing tools, or recruitment marketing.
