This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Collaborate with senior stakeholders in Engineering to establish hiring strategies, role calibration, and execution of recruitment.
• Manage the complete recruiting process for complex, high-impact roles, particularly in technical and niche Web3 positions.
• Create and continually enhance structured hiring practices.
• Develop and maintain high-quality talent pipelines through innovative sourcing strategies and market insights.
• Serve as a market authority, providing guidance on talent trends, compensation expectations, and competitive positioning.
• Oversee the offer process from start to finish, including strategizing for closing senior and challenging candidates.
• Contribute to employer branding and narrative development within the Web3 ecosystem.
• Demonstrated experience in attracting top-tier talent within competitive, high-standard environments.
• Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and challenge hiring decisions effectively.
• A data-driven approach, prioritizing quality, efficiency, and ongoing improvement.
• Comfortable working in fast-paced and ambiguous settings.
• Proven resilience and the ability to consistently perform during challenging hiring cycles.
• Interest in or familiarity with Web3, cryptocurrency, or highly technical fields.
