This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Take charge of and assist with recruitment for key positions in AI/Machine Learning, Infrastructure & Compute, Software Engineering, Product, Leadership, and other vital sectors across the US.
• Collaborate closely with founders and senior executives to comprehend hiring requirements.
• Foster connections within the US AI and technology landscape.
• Establish enduring networks with engineers, founders, operators, and technical leaders.
• Participate in and help pinpoint relevant meetups, conferences, and industry gatherings.
• Cultivate relationships with passive candidates.
• Enhance Runware's presence within the US AI community.
• Discover innovative methods to attract outstanding candidates.
• Engage effectively with technical candidates regarding AI inference, GPUs, distributed systems, ML infrastructure, data centers, and the broader AI ecosystem.
• Aid in establishing and expanding Runware Inc. in the US.
• Contribute to US employment practices, market standards, employment contracts, onboarding procedures, benefits, People processes, local vendors and partners, employee experience, and recognizing when external HR, legal, or specialist assistance is necessary.
• Over 5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, Talent Partnering, executive search, or a related field.
• Significant experience in recruiting technical profiles within the US.
• Solid understanding of the US technology ecosystem.
• Background in recruiting for AI, ML, infrastructure, cloud, developer tools, or other highly technical environments.
• Ability to engage credibly with senior engineers, technical leaders, and founders.
• Strong networking skills or a proven track record of building a network.
• Comfortable navigating a fast-paced startup environment with shifting roles and priorities.
• Capable of working independently and making decisions without needing multiple layers of approval.
• Interest in broader People and company-building topics beyond just recruitment.
• Strong sense of ownership.
• Base in the San Francisco Bay Area, an existing AI/ML network, experience in early-stage or high-growth startups, familiarity with US expansion for international companies, exposure to US People Ops/employment/benefits, and experience in Staff+/Principal/leadership recruiting are considered advantageous.
