• Lead the management and evolution of the performance cycle, ensuring consistency, clarity, and alignment with business priorities.
• Develop and implement talent retention strategies and programs, focusing on engagement, succession, and the development of key talents.
• Design, structure, and manage career frameworks that promote transparency, internal mobility, and sustainable growth.
• Act as a strategic partner to managers, leaders, and HRBPs across various regions, aligning talent initiatives with business needs.
• Support leaders in decision-making related to performance, potential, and team development.
• Implement and enhance frameworks, tools, and performance management practices that foster accountability and high performance.
• Identify skill gaps and development needs through data analysis and stakeholder interaction.
• Translate insights into learning solutions aligned with business priorities.
• Develop and conduct engaging learning experiences, utilizing modern methodologies and digital tools.
• Assist employees and managers in navigating development programs, learning paths, and career opportunities.
• Provide coaching and support to drive performance and accelerate professional development.
• Measure the impact of development and learning initiatives by analyzing trends and proposing data-driven improvements.
• Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related fields.
• Advanced English proficiency.
• Experience with performance management and related software.
• Strong data visualization skills.
• Knowledge of frameworks, goal setting, and feedback processes.
• Ability to design growth and progression pathways and programs.
• Competence in guiding individuals toward growth and performance improvement.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and communicate effectively.
