This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Jersey.
• Deliver specialized technical expertise to oversee both proactive and reactive recruitment activities in alignment with MDLZ policies, standard operating procedures, and guidelines.
• Manage the complete recruitment process, collaborating with the People Manager and People Lead to provide market insights while ensuring an exceptional candidate experience, including tracking, assessment, feedback, and offers for external candidates, as well as assisting with internal offers as needed.
• Partner with People Managers to identify business needs and applicant requirements, guiding and coaching managers throughout the process to effectively identify, select, and secure top talent.
• Collaborate with the TA Coordinator to execute the complete recruitment process for candidates.
• Source top candidates for open positions through various mediums and channels, taking ownership of creating and implementing a sourcing strategy to attract both active and passive talent for current and future openings.
• Serve as a candidate relationship manager during the hiring process for immediate needs while proactively developing talent pools for future hiring and providing personalized support for significant recruitment moments that are important to both candidates and hiring teams.
• Work closely with the BU Talent Acquisition Lead and/or TA Lead to comprehend and execute processes, drive continuous improvement, and deliver quality service.
• Enhance operational efficiency with an emphasis on continuous improvement, candidate and hiring manager experience, and adherence to SLAs.
• Assist the BU TA Lead and/or TA Lead in monitoring candidate and hiring manager satisfaction and implementing continuous improvement initiatives.
• Proven experience in talent acquisition processes and channels with specialized expertise in sourcing, assessment, matching, selling, and closing candidates.
• In-depth understanding of the local market, most effective sourcing channels, industry networks, and competitive landscapes to enhance efficiency in the recruitment process.
• Strong stakeholder management, collaboration, and influencing capabilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• A strong drive for results with a customer service orientation.
• Robust project and vendor management skills, with the ability to lead complex projects and proactively manage work while driving continuous improvement.
