• Oversee the entire recruitment process for both technical and non-technical positions.
• Develop and sustain a robust candidate pipeline through proactive sourcing and networking efforts.
• Collaborate closely with hiring managers to grasp business requirements and devise effective recruitment strategies.
• Provide an outstanding candidate experience through clear, consistent, and engaging communication.
• Ensure accurate and up-to-date data management in our Applicant Tracking System.
• At least 5 years of comprehensive recruitment experience, preferably within the technology sector.
• Strong sourcing abilities, skilled in utilizing various channels and innovative methods to identify suitable talent.
• Capability to work collaboratively with hiring managers and influence decisions based on data and insights.
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
• A proactive and adaptable attitude with a genuine passion for people and a commitment to continuous improvement.
• Proficient in both English and German (both written and spoken).
