This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Argentina.
• Oversee the complete recruiting process while ensuring a seamless and positive experience for candidates.
• Maintain clear communication, provide timely feedback, prepare interviewers, and structure interviews effectively.
• Develop and support the talent acquisition strategy.
• Cultivate relationships with hiring managers to understand their hiring requirements and implement sourcing and recruiting plans.
• Identify the qualifications needed for positions and devise sourcing strategies.
• Guide and mentor hiring managers on recruitment best practices.
• Manage job postings within the Applicant Tracking System and oversee candidate progress.
• Determine effective sourcing channels tailored to various positions and skill sets.
• Conduct screening interviews to assess skill sets, organizational/position/cultural fit, and language proficiency; prepare shortlists for hiring managers.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Maintain talent acquisition application systems and manage recruitment accounts.
• Oversee pre-employment procedures, including background checks and reference verification.
• Assist in employer branding efforts.
• Develop social media strategies to advertise open positions.
• Actively source candidates using suitable platforms.
• Create and update recruiting reports and analytics.
• Lead and engage in talent acquisition projects and initiatives.
• Prepare offer details for offer letters and employment contracts.
• Collaborate closely with the HR Business Partner to facilitate transitions into onboarding.
• Address Indero’s recruitment needs as a global clinical research organization specializing in dermatology and rheumatology.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, administration, psychology, or a related field.
• 5-7 years of in-house recruiting experience.
• Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems and candidate sourcing methods.
• Proficient in MS Office applications (Excel, Word, and Outlook).
• Proven ability to devise innovative strategies for recruiting and identifying outstanding talent.
• High level of confidentiality, professionalism, and diplomacy.
• Capability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Strong understanding of good clinical practices and relevant Health Canada and Food and Drug Administration (FDA) regulations/guidelines.
• Must be legally authorized to work in Argentina.
