This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee the complete recruitment process for positions ranging from entry-level to management and temporary hires at the PPFA National Office.
• Manage all aspects of talent acquisition, including distributing job postings, proactive sourcing, screening resumes, conducting structured interviews, generating offers, and facilitating onboarding handoff.
• Conduct phone interviews and virtual assessments; assess candidate qualifications, competencies, and cultural fit; organize panel interviews and create standardized selection materials.
• Implement recruitment workflows in accordance with established service level agreements (SLAs) to minimize time-to-fill and enhance panel selection efficiency.
• Utilize Lever ATS and SuccessFactors HRIS; oversee recruitment analytics, candidate pipeline information, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Coordinate background checks, reference checks, and onboarding logistics in collaboration with TA Operations.
• Ensure adherence to federal, state, and local employment regulations as well as organizational policies.
• Promote PPFA as a preferred employer through internal and external advertising channels and maintain transparent communication with candidates.
• Collaborate with hiring managers, lead intake discussions, provide updates on the candidate pipeline, and support data-informed selection decisions.
• Develop diverse candidate pipelines through engagement with external networks, universities, community organizations, social media, employee referrals, and professional associations.
• Represent PPFA at career fairs, university recruitment events, industry conferences, and networking opportunities.
• Cultivate relationships with hiring managers, candidates, PCE Business Partners, and members of the TA Operations team.
• Perform additional duties as required.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or a related field is mandatory.
• A minimum of 3+ years of experience in high-volume recruitment is required.
• Proficient in HR databases, including SuccessFactors, and applicant tracking systems such as Lever, or similar recruitment and candidate management platforms is required.
• Experience with full-cycle recruitment and general recruitment strategies demonstrating a successful track record is essential.
• Proficiency in Google Workspace or comparable software is required.
• Exceptional written, verbal communication, and interpersonal skills are necessary.
• Proven capability to recruit diverse talent is required.
• A professional demeanor with the ability to establish and sustain relationships is essential.
• Outstanding interpersonal skills, time management, and multitasking abilities are required.
• Results-oriented and data-driven approach is crucial.
• Certifications such as APHR, PHR, SHRM, SHRM-CP, AIRS CIR, CDR, TAS, or other HR or recruitment-related credentials are advantageous.
• A history of recruiting across all levels for nonprofit roles associated with organizing, advocacy, electoral campaigns, public policy, and communications is preferred.
• Understanding of labor laws, employment regulations, industry trends, and best practices in hiring and recruitment is preferred.
• A proactive and independent mindset with the ability to take initiative is preferred.
