Senior Talent Acquisition Recruiter

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colombia.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with business leaders in the U.S. and Colombia to create and implement recruiting strategies that align with practice requirements and support the growth objectives of the firm.

• Direct and oversee senior-level and specialized recruitment efforts.

• Employ talent intelligence, sourcing methods, and technological tools to establish strong and diverse candidate pipelines.

• Improve Riveron’s employer brand and enhance the candidate experience through consistent, high-quality interactions.

• Manage and optimize recruiting systems, ensuring data integrity, reporting accuracy, and effective dashboards.

• Deliver actionable insights, monitor performance, and aid in informed decision-making.

• Supervise and contribute to various recruiting programs, including interview evaluations, employer branding, campus recruitment, diversity initiatives, and talent insights.

• Mentor, coach, and develop junior members of the talent acquisition team.

• Prepare updates, reports, and presentations related to recruiting for talent acquisition and business leadership.


⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 8 years of comprehensive recruiting experience in a dynamic, matrixed, or professional services environment.

• Proficient in conversational English (B2+ or higher) is required.

• Advanced proficiency in English is mandatory.

• Significant experience in collaborating with U.S.-based business stakeholders to anticipate hiring needs and provide a diverse talent pool.

• Background in recruiting for advisory and consulting positions, including FP&A, Data & Analytics, Technology Enablement, and related service lines.

• Demonstrated ability to source, engage, assess, and secure both passive and active candidates.

• Ability to meet recruiting KPIs, including candidates added to Ashby, time to fill, and annual hires.

• Solid understanding of talent intelligence, employer branding, and recruiting technologies.

• Practical experience with ATS, CRM, sourcing tools, AI-driven recruiting solutions, and automation platforms such as Ashby and Noon AI.

• Capacity to lead complex searches across various practices while managing multiple priorities.

• Strong analytical and project management capabilities.

• High proficiency in Excel and/or PowerPoint.

• Experience in analyzing recruiting data, generating reports, and presenting insights to stakeholders.
