This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
• End-to-End Recruitment & Sourcing Strategy
• Facilitate in-depth sessions with clients to define requirements
• Monitor response rates and modify outreach communications
• Research and identify candidate pools for targeted technology stacks
• Proactively headhunt and source passive candidates
• Conduct preliminary HR screenings with an emphasis on soft skills
• Act as the main point of contact for candidates
• Handle the scheduling and logistics for technical interviews
• Verify offer details with direct supervisors and oversee the issuance of offer letters
• Assist new hires with system logins and establish communication protocols
• Carry out regular check-ins with placed candidates
• Keep the ATS/database/CRM organized and up-to-date
• Strong experience in agency recruitment, particularly for technical positions
• Knowledge of staff augmentation and strategies for long-term candidate retention
• Proven experience collaborating with global teams and candidates
• Full availability during Eastern Standard Time business hours
• Access to LinkedIn Recruiter
• Provision of necessary work equipment
