This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.
• Collaborate with Talent Partners and hiring managers to comprehend hiring needs, job specifications, and to pinpoint ideal candidate profiles.
• Create and implement sourcing strategies to discover and attract both passive and active talent through various channels (LinkedIn, Boolean searches, social media, databases, referrals, networking, etc.).
• Develop and sustain a talent pipeline for critical and challenging positions.
• Perform initial outreach and pre-qualification to evaluate candidate suitability and interest.
• Utilize market research, talent mapping, and competitive intelligence to shape recruitment strategies.
• Keep accurate and current candidate information in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
• Assist employer branding efforts through online engagement and professional communities.
• Proven experience in talent sourcing, whether from in-house, agency, or RPO models, with comprehensive end-to-end experience.
• Background in recruiting across Product, Technology, and Business sectors.
• Ability to pivot and adapt your working methods to achieve optimal outcomes in the shortest time frame.
• Demonstrated success in building pipelines for both ‘active’ and ‘passive’ candidates; establishing rapport throughout the process and successfully closing offers.
• Proficiency in English and Portuguese, both spoken and written.
