This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.
• Offering guidance and mentorship to engineers working with SAAS/Linux/on-premises applications within the team.
• Taking ownership of problem resolution and collaborating with internal support, operations, and engineering teams to analyze and troubleshoot intricate issues.
• Comprehending architecture, establishing processes, and evaluating technical challenges related to on-premises and cloud applications.
• Achieving certification in Azure.
• Improving system monitoring to enable quicker error detection, enhance performance, reliability, and optimize service restoration processes.
• Have over 6 years of experience in Systems Support specifically with Azure.
• Display proficiency in Azure Infrastructure, particularly with Azure AI Foundry and the architectures of Azure OpenAI services.
• Grasp LLM lifecycle management, oversee token usage, implement rate-limiting strategies, and effectively support Anthropic Claude or equivalent LLMs.
• Show expertise in Linux, SQL, Cloud Technologies, Configuration Management tools, and scripting languages such as Shell, Bash, and Python.
• Maintain a history of meeting support KPIs and SLAs while achieving high customer satisfaction ratings.
• Have experience in delivering technical solutions and support to Enterprise clients.
• Demonstrate availability, a responsive attitude, effective communication and collaboration skills, and the ability to build trusting relationships.
