β’ Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Computer Engineering, or equivalent experience.
β’ Over 8 years of professional experience.
β’ 3 to 5 years of hands-on experience in large-scale software development using contemporary languages and frameworks.
β’ Strong expertise in Golang for creating Kubernetes operators, controllers, and custom tools.
β’ Proven track record in building, deploying, and scaling services on Kubernetes, including working with CRDs and auto-scaling infrastructure.
β’ In-depth knowledge of cloud-native infrastructure and managed Kubernetes services across AWS, GCP, Azure, and OCI.
β’ Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to deliver high-performing, reliable cloud services at scale.
β’ Experience in incident response, conducting root cause analysis, and implementing preventative measures to enhance reliability.
β’ Exceptional communication and troubleshooting abilities across infrastructure, Kubernetes, and application runtime layers, with a clear articulation of design decisions and quality strategies.
β’ Practical experience with Kubernetes Cluster API, Terraform, CSP APIs, and related infrastructure automation tools.
β’ Proficiency in Kustomize or other Kubernetes packaging and deployment tools, with the capability to refactor software for containerized and orchestrated environments.
β’ Familiarity with CNI, CSI, and CRI interfaces, as well as the broader CNCF ecosystem and its evolving toolset.
β’ A solid background in open-source software, including active involvement or upstream contributions to community projects.
β’ Strong comprehension of modern infrastructure design and deployment patterns within cloud-native and hybrid environments.
