Senior Systems Engineer – Internal Support

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

• Collaborate with the Atlas internal infrastructure team to enhance internal systems

• Provide support for Azure AVD, Endpoint infrastructure, Entra ID, Intune, MS Defender, and Atlas’ VOIP system

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 10 years of experience in IT and administration

• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities

• Proficient in PowerShell, including scripting capabilities

• Experience in End User Support / Desktop Support for Windows 10/11, Microsoft Office, as well as troubleshooting desktop and mobile devices

• Familiarity with the Microsoft 365 suite, primarily Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Intune, and Entra ID

• Systems Administration expertise, particularly with Windows Server 2019/2022, Active Directory, Group Policy, and Domain Controllers

• Experience with ConnectWise Manage and ScreenConnect

• Background in data and platform migrations, such as Email security migration, VOIP migration, and transitioning from on-prem/hybrid to cloud solutions

• Proven track record of managing projects and deployments from proof-of-concept to full production
