Senior Systems Analyst – ServiceNow

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Assist in the creation and upkeep of solutions within the ServiceNow platform.

• Configure and tailor modules including ITSM, Service Catalog, and Flows (Flow Designer).

• Develop and adjust scripts (Client Scripts, Business Rules, Script Includes).

• Aid in the design of forms, tables, workflows, and basic integrations.

• Engage in agile ceremonies such as daily meetings, planning sessions, and reviews.

• Conduct testing and support the validation of deliverables.

• Document both technical and functional solutions.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience with ServiceNow;

• Familiarity with ITSM modules and the configuration of Workflows and Flows;

• Experience in API development and JavaScript;

• Proficient in English for daily communication;

• Completion of a Bachelor's degree - documentary proof is required.

• ServiceNow certification is advantageous but not mandatory.
