Senior Systems Analyst – IT

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colorado.

📋 Description

• Collect intricate business requirements and convert them into precise, actionable technical specifications.

• Collaborate with key business stakeholders, product managers, and end-users to gather, assess, and document complex requirements.

• Create and document detailed process flow diagrams, data mapping documents, architecture overviews, and screen layouts to facilitate development.

• Analyze information and data concerning platform configuration; conduct root cause analysis on system shortcomings.

• Work alongside the TPM and engineering teams to coordinate and propel the execution of development tasks.

• Define, develop, and establish comprehensive test plans, test cases, and conditions for new CXone features and routing modifications.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related discipline is required.

• A minimum of 5-7+ years of experience in technical or business systems analysis.

• Demonstrated experience in supporting and configuring enterprise-level Contact Center as a Service (CCaaS) platforms.

• Direct experience with NICE CXone is strongly preferred.

• Significant experience in Agile software development environments (SDLC).

• Proven experience in driving feature delivery, managing technical backlogs, and supporting agile delivery practices is essential.

• Experience in building, specifying, and supporting critical business applications at scale (e.g., thousands of concurrent users).

• Advanced skills in process mapping tools (e.g., Visio, Lucidchart), project management and ticketing software (e.g., Jira, Azure DevOps), and MS Excel.

• Proficiency in SQL and a solid understanding of database design principles is required.

• Basic knowledge of HTML, XML, API integrations, and web technologies is preferred.
