This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +1 more state.
• Utilize your design skills, coding knowledge, and creativity to create the leading compute platform globally.
• Develop sophisticated solutions to intriguing challenges.
• Collaborate with colleagues throughout NVIDIA.
• Design and implement innovative features.
• Coordinate development activities across various teams.
• Contribute to defining future enhancements to the CUDA APIs and programming model.
• Produce effective, maintainable, and thoroughly tested code.
• Concentrate on developing code specifically for the Microsoft Windows operating system.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related discipline (or equivalent experience).
• Over 8 years of relevant industry experience or comparable academic experience post-BS.
• Proficient in C and C++ programming languages.
• Experience with large codebases.
• Familiarity with operating system interfaces for threads, process control, and virtual memory.
• Experience in writing and debugging multithreaded applications.
• Knowledge of system-level architecture, including interconnects, memory hierarchy, interrupts, and memory-mapped IO.
• Strong enthusiasm for system software.
