This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Australia.
• Deliver outstanding remote support for vital VMware components.
• Assess intricate customer challenges through systematic troubleshooting, leveraging in-depth knowledge of VMware functionality, and formulate a plan of action for resolution.
• Offer hands-on support to end users via remote client access or collaborative web sessions.
• Reproduce reported issues as necessary for effective troubleshooting.
• Guide end users on application features and capabilities.
• Meticulously document resolutions, testing outcomes, and approvals.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues in a virtual team setting.
• Over 10 years of experience with VMware technologies across its entire ecosystem.
• Technical and functional expertise with a strong grasp of vSphere, vCenter, vSAN, NSX, SRM, and Aria Suite components.
• Proficient in VMware, including comprehensive life-cycle implementation, configuration, and administration.
• Understanding of VMware maintenance/patching processes and architecture.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English are essential.
• A strong commitment to customer support and the capability to foster long-term, successful client relationships.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Fluent in both English and Japanese.
