This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
β’ Responds to, assesses, and prioritizes service requests received through various channels such as phone, voicemail, and email, specifically focusing on banking software support.
β’ Records and monitors all requests utilizing the company's customer management tracking system, including detailing all actions taken to resolve issues.
β’ Aids in the rollout of new software versions for applications that support banking operations.
β’ Captures resolutions in a centralized repository for knowledge sharing both internally and with clients.
β’ Engages in bank conversion, merger, and acquisition teams as necessary.
β’ Supports Major Projects and Initiatives as assigned.
β’ Takes part in assessments, project planning, and client meetings.
β’ Collaborates with third-party vendors on behalf of clients.
β’ Analyzes and assesses service requests to identify trends and provide recommendations.
β’ A Bachelorβs degree is required, or a High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) accompanied by equivalent work experience.
β’ A minimum of three (3) years of prior experience in the banking or financial sector is preferred.
β’ At least three (3) years of prior experience in direct client support is desired.
β’ Previous experience with Fiserv Premier Loan Core banking software is preferred.
