This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Investigate and resolve support cases related to the Akeyless SaaS platform, encompassing secret access, authentication challenges, certificate workflows, and remote access issues.
• Reproduce customer problems by creating and managing test environments using Linux, Docker, Kubernetes, and associated tools.
• Analyze logs and platform behavior to identify root causes and provide actionable solutions.
• Assist customers in implementing secure configurations and best practices.
• Collaborate closely with engineering and product teams to escalate bugs or complex issues, validate fixes, and advocate for customer requirements.
• Contribute to internal tools, team processes, and customer-facing knowledge base articles.
• Be available to support critical issues outside of regular hours, as necessary.
• Develop runbooks to streamline troubleshooting processes and enhance the customer experience.
• Over 4 years of experience in technical support, DevOps, System Administration, or a comparable customer-facing technical position.
• Strong hands-on experience managing Linux-based systems within production environments.
• Proficient in Kubernetes, Terraform, Docker, and shell scripting.
• Familiarity with IAM concepts, authentication protocols, and API interactions.
• Experience with at least one major cloud provider (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Proficient in networking, TLS/SSL, and system-level debugging (logs, processes, permissions).
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting capabilities with the ability to independently conduct root cause analysis.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
