This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

• Take complete ownership of technical project execution, including server migrations, cloud deployments (Azure), network configurations, VoIP, Microsoft 365, and Google Workspace implementations from initial discovery to client sign-off.
• Facilitate discovery meetings, gather client requirements, evaluate the current environment, and generate a clear, jargon-free scope of work and project proposal for the project manager.
• Make clear-cut technical recommendations, weighing cloud versus on-prem solutions, licensing, vendor selection, and support them with strong rationale instead of ambiguity.
• Collaborate with on-site technicians, vendors, and internal team members to ensure timely and scoped project execution.
• Conduct testing and validation before go-live, manage the cutover, and ensure clients undergo a smooth transition.
• Serve as the Tier 3 escalation point for intricate technical challenges.
• Administer and enhance Google Workspace and Microsoft 365 environments, focusing on security and compliance.
• Implement and uphold cybersecurity measures: EDR/XDR solutions (e.g., SentinelOne), Email security (e.g., Proofpoint), Server hardening (both cloud and on-prem).
• Lead security and compliance projects aligned with Australian Essential 8, SMB1001, and NIST CSF.
• Oversee and configure the MSP tool stack, including Autotask, Datto RMM, SentinelOne, Proofpoint, Blackpoint, Exclaimer, CloudRadial, Keeper, Unifi Controller & NVRs, etc.
• Support project execution: migrations, deployments, and security improvements.
• Mentor junior engineers and contribute to the development of the knowledge base.
• 10+ years of experience in IT, with a minimum of 5 years in a Managed Service Provider setting.
• Proven track record in leading technical project implementations from start to finish — not merely being one of the contributors.
• Advanced hands-on expertise in Google Workspace administration, including security, compliance, and complex migrations.
• Advanced hands-on expertise in Microsoft 365 administration, covering Exchange, Intune, Azure AD, SharePoint, and security/compliance tools.
• Strong foundational knowledge in cybersecurity: EDR/XDR, MFA, email filtering, vulnerability management, and server hardening.
• Advanced experience with multi-vendor networking and virtual networks across Azure, GCP, and AWS.
• Familiarity with Security Frameworks: Experience in implementing Essential 8, SMB1001, and/or NIST CSF.
• Preferred Certifications: Microsoft 365 Certified: Administrator Expert.
• Additional advantageous certifications: Google Workspace Administrator, CompTIA Security+, Network+, or ITIL Foundation, CISSP or similar security certifications.
