This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colombia.
• Address intricate technical challenges across MACH platforms.
• Serve as the main technical liaison for designated customers.
• Actively oversee customer environments to identify potential risks.
• Assist with onboarding, integration, and continuous optimization efforts.
• Collaborate closely with Product & R&D teams to escalate and resolve issues.
• Foster robust relationships with customer technical and operational teams.
• Over 5 years of experience in technical support, operations, or customer-facing engineering roles.
• Background in telecom, SaaS, or platform-oriented solutions.
• Comprehensive knowledge of networking, integrations, APIs, or data processing systems.
• Experience working with enterprise customers in complex environments.
• Several years of experience in the Roaming industry, including familiarity with GSMA & TADIG / BCE.
• Understanding of the Roaming wholesale process from CDR to settlement.
