Senior Support Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Argentina.

📋 Description

• Oversee and enhance authentication and SSO integration.

• Take ownership of navigation and application shell components using modern front-end frameworks, such as React or TypeScript.

• Administer tenant and user management with a focus on multi-tenancy considerations.

• Construct and uphold data ingestion pipelines.

• Operate and enhance orchestration workflows using Dagster.

• Develop and sustain transformation logic employing dbt and SQL.

• Collaborate with the data warehouse on Google Cloud Platform (GCP), primarily utilizing BigQuery.

• Maintain the semantic layer in Cube, which includes metric definitions and data modeling.

• Customize and refresh Embeddable component files integrated into the client's repository.

• Ensure theming is maintained and the Embeddable SDK is kept up to date.

• Keep centralized documentation current in Confluence, including DBML/database diagrams.

• Capture continuous knowledge for effective handover and continuity.

• Work towards defined outcome targets starting from month two: P1 issue resolution/mitigation within one business day, defect reduction against an agreed baseline, and business-hours availability once the client is operational.

• Utilize spare capacity (when live issues do not consume the monthly bandwidth) for preventative maintenance, hardening, and onboarding new data sources/integrations.

⛳️ Requirements

• AI-first delivery (core requirement): practical experience with Claude Code (or similar) / AI-assisted engineering throughout the entire development lifecycle; completion of Anthropic's professional courses and certification is highly advantageous (or willingness to complete them).

• Full-stack development expertise, including proficiency in a modern front-end framework (e.g., React / TypeScript), authentication/SSO implementation, and multi-tenant application architecture.

• Hands-on familiarity with Dagster for orchestration or similar tools.

• Strong experience in DBT and SQL for data transformation.

• Proficient in BigQuery and the Google Cloud Platform (GCP) data stack.

• Experience with Cube or a comparable semantic-layer/metrics-layer tool.

• Knowledge of embedded analytics tools (Embeddable or comparable), component customization, theming, and SDK integration.

• Comfortable working independently and directly engaging with client stakeholders.

• Strong documentation skills: Confluence, DBML/ER diagrams.

• Availability to work core hours aligned to Chicago time (CT).
