Forward Deployed Engineer – AI Capability Center

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States, +1 more state.

📋 Description

• Develop features as a full-stack engineer on AWS and Azure utilizing Claude and various other models.

• Collaborate closely with users and engage with the business daily to create solutions together.

• Ensure quality through rigorous testing and evaluations for all deliverables.

• Adhere to design guidelines provided by the Solution Architect.

• Recognize and report any gaps or issues within the design.

• Operate within a business pod where the Solution Architect manages design and the Engagement Manager oversees the schedule.

⛳️ Requirements

• 3 to 5 years of experience in software or AI development.

• Proficiency in Python along with AWS or Azure.

• A strong builder who is comfortable collaborating with the business team.

• Some experience with RAG and agent technologies is preferred.

• Familiarity with Agentic DevOps tools is a plus, including agentic coding tools and evaluation-driven pipelines.

• Ready for FDE at day 0: Integrating L3 with AI L3.

• Front-end development skills are preferred.

• Experience in healthcare or higher education sectors is preferred.

• AWS AI Practitioner or Azure AI-900 / AI-102 certifications are preferred.

• Healthcare positions are onshore; EDR and other roles are based in India.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience is required.
