This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
• Configure, maintain, and enhance the SAP HCM – Payroll (PY) module for our clients.
• Create and adjust schemas, rules (PCRs), tables, and events.
• Conduct impact analyses, integrated testing, and validations.
• Address and correct inconsistencies related to eSocial (periodic and non-periodic).
• Provide support for payroll closings: monthly, vacations, 13th salary, terminations, and taxes.
• Develop and validate functional specifications for improvements and integrations.
• Assist with integrations involving FI/CO, Time Management, SuccessFactors/EC, and other related modules.
• Participate in improvement projects within AMS Support.
• Document processes and provide support to the HR and IT departments of clients.
• Proven experience with SAP HCM – Payroll Brazil (PY) – a minimum of 10 years.
• Mastery of schemas, rules (PCRs), Process Model, and clusters.
• Knowledge of Brazilian labor legislation and associated charges.
• Experience with testing, validations, and operational support.
• SAP HCM certification.
• Experience with SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll (ECP) and Payroll Control Center (PCC).
• Participation in projects and/or support for S/4HANA.
• Experience in environments with a high volume of employees and complex payroll processes.
• Familiarity with demand management tools (e.g., Multidados, Jira, Servicenow, etc.).
• Practical experience with eSocial (monitoring and error correction).
• Ability to read and interpret ABAP codes.
