📋 Description

• Enhancing quality through thorough evaluations and audits of suppliers.

• Working in close partnership with suppliers to guarantee adherence to NVIDIA's exceptional standards.

• Creating and executing supplier quality metrics to monitor performance.

• Leading root cause analysis and corrective action initiatives to tackle any quality issues or concerns.

• Collaborating with cross-functional engineering teams to address and implement quality requirements.

• Providing guidance, training, and support to suppliers to boost their performance.

• Maintaining strict adherence to quality control procedures and regulations.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in mechanical, electrical, materials, industrial engineering, or a related engineering discipline, or equivalent experience.

• Over 12 years of experience in supplier quality, process quality, or customer quality within high-volume compute system manufacturing for datacenter/server/storage applications.

• Demonstrated expertise in applying quality core tools such as 8D, 5-Why, 6S, FMEA, SPC, MSA, Six Sigma/Lean, CAR, CAPA, PCN, MRB, etc.

• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.

• In-depth knowledge of quality systems and standards like ISO 9001.

• Excellent problem-solving abilities.
