Senior Substation Project Manager

📋 Description

• Oversee and implement intricate engineering projects pertaining to substations.

• Ensure that projects align with both client expectations and internal performance metrics.

• Prioritize adherence to schedules and budgetary constraints.

• Improve project profitability while nurturing robust client relationships.

• Guide and mentor team members, including Project Managers and Senior Technical Leads.

• Maintain precise forecasts of fee revenue.

• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory guidelines.

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in managing substation projects.

• Substation engineering experience is essential.

• A Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering from an accredited institution or equivalent.

• Over 6 years of experience in managing engineering projects.

• Capability to lead projects by working collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

• General experience in project management.

• Proficiency in managing costs, budgets, schedules, and coordinating site visits as needed.
