This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Analyze data insights and field feedback from Marketing Managers, Channel Managers, and external partners to construct a holistic understanding of Door to Door performance and pinpoint strategic insights.
• Oversee the evaluation of sales initiatives by interpreting performance metrics, ROI, and overall impact to ascertain the factors driving results and those that require modifications.
• Create and present engaging executive presentations and strategic decks that effectively communicate both achievements and challenges in a concise, actionable format.
• Collaborate with Marketing Managers and Channel Managers to collect qualitative and quantitative insights from the field, transforming frontline intelligence into strategic recommendations.
• Assist with ad hoc requests and analysis in a fast-paced, changing environment, adapting swiftly as business priorities and market conditions evolve.
• Over 5 years of experience in strategy, business analysis, sales operations, or a related area, showcasing success in data-driven decision making.
• Proficient in data interpretation with the capability to work with extensive datasets, discern patterns, and convert information into actionable insights.
• Exceptional communication and presentation abilities, with a talent for crafting persuasive narratives and conveying complex information to senior leadership.
• Proven capacity to collaborate effectively with both internal and external stakeholders, including sales, marketing, operational teams, and partner organizations, to gather insights and foster alignment.
• Strong ability to juggle multiple priorities and adapt quickly in a fast-paced, dynamic setting.
• Expertise in data visualization tools and business intelligence platforms (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, or similar).
• Excellent organizational and project management skills, with a keen attention to detail and the ability to oversee multiple initiatives concurrently.
