This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Take charge of growth by driving business results through personalized communications.
• Work closely with Marketing and Digital GTM teams to establish and achieve 1:1 communication objectives for your key business portfolios, fully owning sales and growth responsibilities.
• Keep a vigilant eye on all KPIs, clearly explaining the business factors that influence performance changes (such as tactics, offers, and conversion enhancements).
• Evaluate performance data to uncover opportunities, diagnose challenges, and convert insights into actionable business recommendations.
• Create and implement strategies for orchestrating outbound and inbound channels to effectively re-engage customers via 1:1 communication methods based on their web, app, or inbound call behaviors.
• Guide the prioritization of 1:1 communication initiatives within your business domain, collaborating with Marketing and Channels to decide which campaigns and tactics should proceed based on business outcomes and ROI.
• Lead cross-functional stakeholders in efficient campaign planning, ensuring timely launches, ongoing performance tracking, insight generation, and data-driven optimization to guarantee consistent achievement of business objectives.
• Over 5 years of experience as a business growth strategist with a proven track record of delivering substantial business results.
• Extensive knowledge and experience in driving sales and growth across various 1:1 communication channels, including email, MMS/RCS, outbound calling, and push notifications.
• Outstanding ability to influence strategy and drive business outcomes while collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders (marketing, channels, product, engineering).
• Experience in leading a cross-functional team (e.g., a squad or pod) and engaging with diverse stakeholders to implement rapid optimizations, A/B testing, and new capabilities to enhance portfolio sales outcomes using an agile approach.
• Capacity to quickly gain proficiency in new platforms, technical concepts, and data environments.
