Non-Emergency Call Taker

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colorado.

📋 Description

• Act as the initial point of contact for community members seeking non-emergency assistance.

• Handle a large volume of incoming calls with professionalism, empathy, and efficiency.

• Collect essential information and identify the suitable city service or resource for each caller.

• Identify emergency or crisis situations and promptly transfer callers to 9-1-1 when necessary.

• Conduct research using various city systems and accurately document all interactions.

• Provide exceptional customer service while assisting residents in navigating City and County services.

• Carry out additional duties as assigned.

⛳️ Requirements

• Completion of high school or possession of a GED, HiSET, or TASC Certificate.

• A valid driver's license is required at the time of application for this position.
